Lightning Bug Golf Tournament benefiting the Jesse Frank Junior Golf Scholarship Fund

The Lightning Bug Golf Tournament is held annually at the Lightning Bug Golf Course in College Grove, Tennessee and raises funds for the Jesse Frank Junior Golf Scholarship Fund. The Fund supports deserving area golfers to attend the popular Tennessee PGA Junior Golf Academy at Golf House Tennessee. The goal in 2005 was to raise $2000 and provide three scholarships, and currently the event along with many very generous donors, has now provided funding for over 300+ children to attend the Tennessee PGA Jr. Golf Academy! 2024 Jesse Frank Junior Golf Scholarship Fund Tournament Information – Saturday, September 14th, 2024

We hope you can participate in the 20th annual Jesse Frank Junior Golf Scholarship Tournament that will be held at our little course, Lightning Bug, on Saturday, September 14th, 2024.

To date, we have raised 270K and provided funding for 325 deserving young golfers to attend the weeklong Tennessee JR PGA Golf Academy held at Golf House Tennessee/The Little Course and Vanderbilt Legends Club.

If you are unable to play, your charitable gift may be issued to the Tennessee Golf Foundation. TGF is a 501(C)(3) Non-Profit Corporation. Lightning Bug Golf Course

The Lightning Bug Golf Course is located in Triune and is a nine-hole, family-friendly golf course. There is no clubhouse and tee times are not required.
