Junior Golf
Junior
Central to the Tennessee Golf Foundation’s mission is
Promoting the Game of Golf to Kids of All Ages
Across Tennessee, junior golf continues to boom. We’ve seen record numbers of participants over the past few years. We could not accommodate these numbers without the support of the golf community. Help us continue to provide accessible and affordable programming to the youth of Tennessee.
Development Programs
The mission of First Tee is to impact lives of young people by providing educational
programs that build character, values and promote healthy choices through golf.
Drive, Chip and Putt is a free nationwide junior golf development competition aimed at growing the game by focusing on the three fundamental skills employed in golf.
Bringing communities together through fun and team golf experiences that transcend golf itself, like friendships that last for years to come or a newfound sense of confidence.
Since 1973, the TPGA Junior Golf Academy has provided aspiring young golfers with world class golf instruction provided by many of the nation’s leading PGA golf professionals and NCAA college golf coaches.

The Tennessee Junior Cup brings to top junior golfers in the state together for three days of fun and competitions. The teams are split into Team East and Team West, with I-65 serving as the dividing line.
Kids Play Free
PGA Tour winner and Knoxville native, Scott Stallings, has teamed up with the Tennessee Golf Foundation to bring free junior golf to Tennessee. The mission is simple: Provide Tennessee’s youth with unrestricted, free access to the game of golf at multiple facilities, 365 days a year.
Girls Golf League
Encouraging Girls through quality golf instruction from beginners to advanced golfers, and also creating experiences that show girls just how much fun golf really is! We are helping empower Girls with confidence and leadership skills, and inspiring healthy living.
Middle School Resources
The TMSGA exists to provide competitive golf events for middle school students. More importantly, the students have an avenue to learn the valuable skills necessary to take their game to the next level.
