About the TGF Pro-Am
One of the most popular Pro-Ams in the region once again returns to its original hosts – The Honors Course and Council Fire. These two courses have historically hosted the event for over 20+ years. Administered by the Tennessee Golf Foundation, the event has supported youth golf programs in Chattanooga and statewide throughout its tenure.
Dates & Schedule
July 1 & 2, 2024
Monday, July 1st
One half of the field plays Council Fire and one half plays The Honors Course
11:00 AM – Lunch & Practice Facilities Available
1:00 PM – Shotgun Start
7:00 PM – Dinner at The Honors Course (immediately after play; all players)
Tuesday, July 2nd
Each Rotation switches courses
7:30 AM – Breakfast & Practice Facilities Available
9:00 AM – Shotgun Start
1:00 PM – Lunch & Awards
TGF Pro-Am Benefits
In 2024 the goal of the Pro-Am is to elevate the experience for all participants. Included with your two rounds of golf at The Honors and Council Fire, we will include lunch both days, breakfast Tuesday morning and also the return of the Monday night dinner on the back patio at The Honors Course for all participants.
The favor packet has been elevated and includes:

- FootJoy Jacquard Dot Golf Polo
- Custom Tennessee Golf Belt by Inward Half
- Imperial Commemorative Pro-Am Hat
- Titleist Golf Balls
- Custom Tournament Souvenir Tumbler
Snacks and beverages will once again be included on course, both days. The Pro-Am will also include an Open Bar during the dinner Monday night at The Honors Course.
Forecaddies will be provided for each team at The Honors and Council Fire. Your forecaddy will stay with your Team both days.
The caddy fees as well as carts, are paid for by TGF and you may tip based on their service.
Pro-Am Format
Teams of four (4), are comprised of one (1) PGA professional and three (3) amateurs. Limited to 48 teams.
TEAM FORMAT
- One gross and one net best ball with full handicap. All amateurs must have an established handicap.
- Five (5) Team Places to Amateurs at Each Rotation – Prizes provided by FootJoy & Titleist.
- Amateur & Professional closest to the hole contests for both rotations, both days.
PROFESSIONALS
- 36 Hole stroke play (combined field).
$10,000 Professional Purse including Regular, Senior and Team!- Seven (7) Places – Professional Purse (Regular) for the Combined Field.
- Five (5) Places – Professional Purse Senior for the Combined Field.
- Three (3) Team Places paid to Professionals for Each Rotation.
Entry Fee & Registration
To Register your team please click the button below and complete the details of your Team including, players, amateurs handicap, age (for Tee designations), and shirt size. Please provide a point of contact for the Team who will coordinate needed information and communications.

A portion of your entry fee is tax deductible based on the benefits received. Receipts will be provided to each participant that provides payment details.
To hold your Team’s spot, partial payment can be made online (see button below). It is recommended to pay a minimum of two player entries to hold the spot.
